Does anyone have the Fisher Price Rainforest bouncer seat? I am having trouble with the frog going off track?

The little frog that goes up and down keeps coming off the track and making this horrible clicking noise!! It doesn’t seem to bother my daughter, but it sure drives me crazy! Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do you fix it? Thanks!!

The bouncer seat was recalled. (not recalled as a safety hazard, but a defective frog!)

I had the same problem 5 months ago.

Call them, and give them the cereal number on the bouncer. They will tell you to throw out the attachment.. and they will send you a new one free of charge!

FYI same thing goes if you have the cradle swing. The motors on those sometimes are defective. I had to get mine replaced twice on that.
